Order and Shipping Policies

Orders
Once your order is placed, please contact us at
sawdustsixtysix@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. Please
allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. While we try to

move as quickly as possible, please understand that we are a husband
and wife team with full time jobs and children in the house. Once your
order is acknowledged, you will receive a digital mockup (for custom
items) within 3 business days. Orders will not progress without mockup
approval.

Shipping
Custom orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of your order being
processed. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee, if needed. All
items are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise noted) with tracking
numbers provided. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to
update once shipped. Be sure to double check your shipping address
upon check out. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors
in shipping addresses.
During the Christmas holiday season, our turnaround time may increase
to 3-4 weeks. All Christmas orders must be placed by December 5 th to
ensure delivery by Christmas.
Local pick up is also available free of charge. Please select local pick up
upon checkout and we will reach out directly via email once your order
is fulfilled to arrange pickup.
